Where Capital, Innovation, Clinical Leadership, and Policy Converge

Women's health companies are raising capital with the same difficulty as a decade ago. Health systems want to pilot new solutions but don't know which ones are worth the risk. Investors have the capital but lack the insight into what clinical leaders actually need. Policymakers sit outside all of it.

In 2024, women's health received 2.3% of healthcare venture capital—despite women controlling 60% of healthcare spending and 80% of household healthcare decisions. The capital is there. The clinical expertise is there. The demand is there. They're just not in the same room.

Innovation doesn't happen in silos. It happens when a founder hears directly from a physician what's actually broken in workflow. When a health system executive can push back on a pitch in real time. When capital understands not just the market but the clinical constraints. When policy leaders see what's on the ground before they write rules.

Women's Health Nexus 2026 brings these groups into one room for a day—not to hear keynotes, but to solve concrete problems. Four clinical tracks. A pitch competition with vetted finalists. Structured introductions (not a cocktail mixer). Policy recommendations that go somewhere.

What Actually Happens

Before: 8 women's health companies selected for our pitch competition. We vet based on clinical relevance and market fit, not just growth metrics.

During: Roundtables on cardiovascular disease, oncology, diagnostics, and policy. Physicians, health system executives, and investors talk through what's actually broken—and which solutions move the needle. Live pitches from finalists. One-on-one structured time between founders and capital/buyers.

After: We track what converts—investments, pilots, partnerships—at 90 days. Because an event that doesn't move anything is just networking.

Who's in the Room

40+ venture capitalists, family offices, and angels.

50+ physicians, health system executives, CEOs, and domain experts.

50+ women's health companies.

25+ health tech law firms, consulting firms, and advocacy groups.

It's small but intentional. We measure success by closed investments, launched pilots, and policy that moves, tracked at 90 days.
