CFS Guest Speaker: Dario Fornara on Farmer Relationships & the European Regenerative Organic Center (EROC)

​Dario will share the inspiring journey of building EROC — a 17-hectare research and training hub created in 2021 through a pioneering partnership between the Davines Group and the Rodale Institute. With 188 research plots and 22 plant species grown in rotation, EROC is at the forefront of demonstrating the power of regenerative organic agriculture.

​In this session, Dario will speak about how EROC was conceived and built, and what the center is working to achieve through its research and outreach.
