We'll also dive into voice AI as a case study, looking at how transcription, latency, interruptions, reasoning, tool calls, and conversational behaviour make evaluating AI much more complex than a simple pass/fail test.
The goal? To understand what it really takes to move AI from: "That's a great demo!" → "This actually works in production."
