​With everything happening in AI, the job market, and the broader tech landscape, I've noticed a common theme lately: almost everyone feels like they're falling behind.

​I spent a lot of time traveling and meeting PMMs and leaders in person over the past month, and the sentiment was surprisingly consistent. There's a mix of excitement and anxiety about what's changing. People feel pressure to keep up, but many aren't entirely sure what "keeping up" looks like right now.
