​Curious about what's emerging at the intersection of DAOs, digital governance, and organizational behavior?

​Join us for DAOstar's Community Calls, where builders, researchers, and academics share ideas, questions, and prototypes from the frontlines of DAO innovation. Topics span computational social science, online coordination, political theory, and more. You might hear a new standard, a governance experiment, a work-in-progress paper, or a live demo.

​These are informal and open sessions designed for collaborative learning. We begin with introductions and open space time where participants can share what they want to learn or contribute. Following that, we'll have the main presentation and end off with a community Q&A.

​🔧 Today's Sharing: Do Smart Contracts Have a Legal Basis?

​Sneha Vijayan is a lawyer working towards making justice accessible. She has been researching on and building legal-tech tools using blockchain and AI for conflict prevention and resolution.

​As part of the DAOstar research Fellowship, Sneha has been exploring how the Model Law on Automated Contracting might provide the legal foundation DAOs need to operate with confidence.
