Cold plunge community collective experience. Bring bathing suit (worn under clothes) and towel. If you have an InteraXon Muse brain-sensing headband or XR eyeglass, or other wearable tech to capture data, bright that as well. We usually meet by the main floor of Myhal and do a short run, jogging North on St. George to Knox College which is next door to Myhal, and plunge in front of Knox college.
