Embodying Earth: Movement as Reconnection

​The Dance of All Beings

​Join movement guides Mickey and Aaron in a morning of ecological embodiment practices where Earth is our dance partner and our movement becomes prayer.

​Offering:

​We will gather at wonderland lake park at 9am, look for the cohere sign for Embodying Earth. An opening ceremony awakens our somatic connection through guided Yoga and Tai Chi. Once we establish safety in our own bodies, we will integrate playful reconnection with all the beings of our ecosystem through embodiment practices, including moving and dancing with other participants! Physical contact is optional. We will close with a reflection circle to integrate insights from our journeys home to ourselves.

​Please bring a Yoga mat or blanket if you'd like something to practice/sit on for the warm up and closing circle, or feel free to practice in direct connection with Earth. We will be outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
