Navneet Kaur is a global women’s health ecosystem builder working at the intersection of Western and emerging markets. Her work connects founders, investors, healthcare leaders and strategic partners across markets, bringing a cross-border lens to how women’s health companies are built, funded and scaled.
She is Managing Partner at TechThrive Ventures, Founder of FemTech India, and author of the first-ever FemTech industry book.
Navneet mapped the women’s health industry from India and built one of the largest global women’s health ecosystems, working with 200+ startups, including a unicorn, and helping companies navigate and scale into emerging markets such as India.
Today, she is building TechThrive Ventures, an investment platform supporting the next generation of companies across consumer health, wellness CPG, longevity and women's health combining capital with distribution, market access and a global ecosystem.
Navneet also hosts Ctrl.Alt.Thrive, a podcast in partnership with UNESCO spotlighting conversations on ethical AI, women's health and leadership.
