​Mission Lotería Grand Opening

​Join us as we officially open the doors to Mission Lotería’s new home in San Francisco’s Mission District!

​What began as a neighborhood campaign has grown into a permanent space dedicated to celebrating local culture, artists, small businesses, and the stories that make the Mission so special.

​We’re bringing together friends, family, artists, community partners, local businesses, and longtime supporters for a full afternoon of music, food, creativity, shopping, and community.

​The celebration will begin at 12:00 p.m. with an official ribbon cutting and brief remarks from Mission Lotería, community partners, and invited city representatives.

​Guests are welcome to stay throughout the afternoon and enjoy:

• ​Passed appetizers and refreshments

• ​Poetry and craft workshops

• ​Local art and Mission Lotería merchandise

• ​Opportunities to meet participating artists and collaborators

​Poetry Workshop

​Guests will also have an opportunity to participate in an intimate poetry workshop hosted in the back of the new space.

​The workshop will invite participants to reflect on neighborhood identity, culture, belonging, family, and personal memories of San Francisco.

​Space will be limited, and workshop registration details will be announced soon.

​A New Home for Mission Lotería

​The Mission Lotería storefront will serve as more than a retail shop. It will be a gathering place for neighborhood tours, local experiences, workshops, cultural programming, artist collaborations, community events, and creative storytelling.

​This grand opening celebrates everyone who has supported Mission Lotería along the way—from the artists and small businesses featured in our campaigns to the volunteers, organizations, collaborators, and community members who helped bring the project to life.
