About Event

AI is already shaping our reality — in classrooms, careers and daily life and we cannot assume that AI is, or will be, designed with children in mind.

It's critical then that children grow up ready for the world they will inherit. The LEGO Group is at the AI for Good Summit to support young people to develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to understand and question AI systems, helping us build a child-centric future together.

Come and join us at the LEGO Workspace

Our experts from LEGO Education will be running a series of sessions in the Youth Zone across the week - drop in for a workshop, join a panel discussion, or speak to our team about how LEGO Education is helping schools build genuine AI competence — safely, inclusively and without screens at the centre. We'd love to see you there.

Programme

You can check out the timings and place for our full schedule at Programme - AI for Good. Highlights include:

  • Child Agency in the Age of AI: Frontier Stage · 9 July, 14:00 - join Andrew Sliwinski (Head of Product Experience, LEGO Education) to hear about how we place children's agency at the center of building AI systems.

  • Come over for a daily, hands-on workshops drawn from LEGO Education's CS & AI curriculum. Running every day, 7–10 July, from 10:00 to 15:30. Each 30-minute session is a live, participatory experience, including how to use a pretrained AI classifier to give a 'monster' directions and explore how computers can learn from data!

  • Eight lightning panels run across 7–9 July, where LEGO Group leaders and external experts will cover issues from building meaningful AI literacy and what good looks like EdTech to designing AI learning experiences for every student.
