Fundraising 101

Can you imagine that a goofy-ass class clown type guy like me could have raised more than $11 Million Dollars from some of the best VCs?

Me neither. But might as well share how I did it.

Considering how many of our endeavours will require ample capital to reach escape velocity and that most ideas or projects participating are early stage, I thought I'd do a little "Fundraising 101" course, focused on basics and first principles, potentially going deeper if the class wants me to.

For fairness reasons, I think this class is targeted at "potential capture" plays rather than raising for classic "cash flow kings". Not that it isn't applicable, but I did raise for a crypto project, which is a very unique industry.

Warning: there will be a lot of swearing.
