A Short Nature Hike by Longevity Global and Health Innovation Community

Join us for a 1-2 hour walk around the best hidden gem outdoor space in Boston - historic Mount Auburn Cemetery. All are welcome, but this will be a group focused on fields surrounding biotech, health, and longevity. This is great networking while enjoying the outdoors and living a healthy lifestyle.
Bring water and wear comfortable clothes. We meet in front of the Story Visitor Center by the front gate.

Restrooms and a water station can be found next to Story Chapel, just follow the restroom signs. Maps, brochures, and additional handouts are available at the Visitor Center inside our Egyptian Revival Gatehouse, please feel free to stop by to collect some before your walk. We also recommend arriving with some time to use our facilities before heading out on your walk as there are no additional public facilities past the front precinct.
Water bottles, walking sticks, sunscreen, and bug spray are optional but always great to have on hand. It can also be helpful to share our Visitor Guidelines, especially if members of your group have never visited before. Our guidelines differ somewhat from public parks and other outdoor spaces since we are an active cemetery as well as a wildlife reserve, and our rules are in place to protect our mourning families and our wildlife.
Parking: You may park on any of the roads in the cemetery that are not marked with central, green, guiding lines. Please keep all four tires on the pavement in order to protect graves and plantings. It is helpful to consider that during our busier seasons (spring, fall, and around any holidays), parking can become increasingly more difficult to find, we recommend arriving early enough to account for finding parking as well as using the facilities. Note also that occasionally roads that are typically open are blocked off for maintenance or services.
