You'll build a Product Strategy Prioritization map framework for a real goal, then wire the eval layer underneath it that makes the numbers on it true.
I'll run a live eval on a real feature: golden set, code assertions, model-as-judge, and the run that catches it inventing a capability that doesn't exist. Then we take the failures apart, because that cluster is your backlog. Error analysis is the roadmap now & you don't need to be a ML Data Scientist to communicate what success looks like + what is happening. I'll show you how & we'll work through some examples live.
