Pre-COP30 Disinformation Roundtable
2025 has been a big year for climate disinformation, and more importantly, for our efforts to stop those who are stopping policymakers from stopping climate action. Join CAAD for an Amy Westervelt-hosted panel featuring representatives of six different organizations working on the issue and eager to present new findings, on Thursday October 30th, at 11am ET.
From the history of efforts to obstruct COPs past, to the lobbying in the present, from digital and social media to the mainstream, and with examples around the world, CAAD is offering the climate disinformation community a preview of the expanse of research documenting the extent to which climate policy is being sabotaged by fossil fueled disinformation.
