Join us for Osmanthus Night by ROTOHAUS at Fabrik (Tribeca)—an evening of lantern-making, hanfu dressing, and gentle cultural sharing. Surrounded by the scent of osmanthus and the glow of tradition, we’ll craft, sip, and celebrate together.
🌸 What You’ll Experience
Lantern DIY: Handcraft your own glowing Mid-Autumn lantern from bamboo, paper, and LED light kits—guided and beginner-friendly.
Hanfu Try-On & Portrait: Slip into elegant Ming-style hanfu (easy to wear over your own clothes) and capture the moment with an Instax photo against a moon-and-osmanthus backdrop.
Calligraphy Micro-Experience: Learn to write one seasonal character—such as “秋” (autumn), “月” (moon), or “桂” (osmanthus)—and take your work home.
Seasonal Tea & Drinks: Enjoy osmanthus tea and inspired mocktails like Osmanthus Matcha, Osmanthus Fizz, or Osmanthus Sangria (non-alcoholic options included).

6:00 – 6:30 pm Arrival & check-in — settle in with an introduction to the evening’s crafts and the stories behind Mid-Autumn traditions

7:15 – 9:00 pm Explore! — Try on hanfu for an Instax portrait, sip seasonal osmanthus mocktails, and drop by the optional calligraphy corner.
