It's my Cloud! - Building On-Demand Kubernetes Clusters at Home

​"It's my cloud!"

​I love experimenting with Kubernetes, but I also wanted to run "production-like" workloads at home.

​That’s why I started building a small Homelab, with the goal of making it feel as cloudy as possible.

​In the process, I learned how to design a simple cloud-like base infrastructure for Kubernetes clusters — something that works both for quick experiments and for more realistic, production-like setups.

​I’ll be sharing this journey at this online talk on October 15th, 6-7pm CEST.

​In this talk, I’ll cover how to build such a base platform at home and share key learnings - including tips for avoiding common pitfalls, integrating with the home network, and not getting lost in rabbitholes.
