Session 2 of our Build Hour series is where Sumathi, Patty, Anennya, and Aparna take everything from the 1st week and turn it into a spec — a written plan that defines what the pipeline does, what's in scope, what's out, and what the system needs to do before anyone writes a line of code.
It's unglamorous work. It's also some of the most important work in any build. And most people never see it happen in real time.
What to expect 👀
This session is less about code and more about decisions. Hard ones, open ones, ones we'll work through together as a group. We'll be writing a product requirements document live — figuring out as we go what belongs in it, what we're not ready to answer yet, and what we need to nail down before Session 3.
No polish. No prepared answers. Just four builders doing the planning work that makes the actual build possible.
