Over the next 6 weeks, we’ll meet at the same time each week to build alongside Nisha Pillai as she creates her own Personal Chief of Staff using Claude Code — an AI-powered system designed to help manage priorities, tasks, context, follow-ups, decisions, and the everyday mental load.
What to expect 👀
This is a live build series — not a polished workshop, lecture, or prepared demo. We’ll be building in real time, which means there may be pauses, bugs, open questions, research rabbit holes, and moments where we figure things out together as a group.
Some parts may move quickly. Some parts may be slow. Some things may not work the first time. That’s the point 💛. This is a behind-the-scenes look at what building with AI actually feels like — fluid, collaborative, imperfect, and full of learning.

By the end of the 6 weeks, the goal is for Nisha to have a working Personal Chief of Staff — a practical AI-powered system that can help hold context, organize priorities, and support day-to-day planning. We don’t have the full 6-week plan finalized yet, and that’s intentional. We’ll share the next steps after each session as the build evolves.
