​We brainstormed, we spec'd, we made the hard decisions about what we're actually building. Session 3 is where Patty, Anennya, Sumathi, and Aparna open the PRD and write the first real code. This is the session where it gets real.

​This is where the energy shifts. We're moving from planning to doing, and that means everything changes. The code will go in. Some of it will work. Some of it won't. There will be bugs, surprises, and moments where we look at the spec and realize we need to make a call we didn't see coming.

​It's unscripted. It's live. It's exactly what building with AI actually looks like — and you'll see every bit of it.

​We're taking the spec from Session 2 and turning it into working code for the first time. The goal isn't a finished product. The goal is real progress: actual code running, first problems surfaced, and a build that's genuinely underway. None of us know exactly what we'll hit. That's the point.
