9:00 AM – Arrivals & Opening Context
We'll kick things off with introductions, a quick overview of the format, and some context on why we're here.
9:15 AM – Workflow Sprint Roundtables
Participants will break into small groups to tackle a real marketing workflow challenge.
9:40 AM – Team Sharebacks
Each team will present its concept in a short 3-minute pitch, sharing key insights, opportunities, and takeaways from the discussion.
9:55 AM onwards – Coffee Walk, Conversations & Networking
We'll continue the discussion more casually over a coffee walk, connect with fellow attendees, and wrap up with one final activity before we head out. 👀
