​Structured block: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• ​10:00 AM — Introductions Quick round-robin: who you are, what you do (2–3 min each). Networking continues informally as the room settles in.

• ​11:00 AM — Build Together: Create Your Own Chief of Staff Full walkthrough, step-by-step — everyone builds their own along the way.

• ​12:30 PM — Working Lunch There's a kitchen on-site — bring your lunch or order DoorDash. Grab food and keep the momentum going — informal conversation and continued troubleshooting.

• ​1:30 PM — AI Best Practices: Tips & Tricks Open share: bring your best "AI leverage" tip, or just sit in and learn from others.

• ​3:00 PM — Networking Open networking to close out the structured block.

​Outside this window: open coworking all day — drop-in vibe coding, Build togetHER collaborative blocks, or heads-down time on your own work
