Webinar: The Quiet Reorg: How CS Is Getting Absorbed Into Revenue
About the Event
Welcome to Part 2 of our international summer webinar series! Customer Success is turning into a revenue role, and we're going to talk honestly about it.
Eighteen months ago, renewals and expansion were relationship outcomes owned by a CSM. Today they're increasingly quota-carrying numbers on a CS leader's own dashboard, and the reporting lines are following the money. The driver is economic: as AI agents absorb the manual work that used to define the CSM role, the cost of serving and growing an account drops, and the headcount required to do it drops with it. The people who remain are being asked to do fundamentally different work: own outcomes, manage AI-driven workflows, and operate against a number. As the same customer context becomes available across the org, the old lines between sales, account management, and success start to collapse into a single revenue motion.
For CS leaders, this is the seat at the revenue table the function has wanted for a decade. It also forces a real tradeoff: the customer-advocate identity that has defined the discipline is harder to sustain when you also carry the number.
Part 2 of our two-part summer series is focused on the practical question: how do CS leaders shape this shift deliberately, rather than inherit it by default, without losing the customer trust that made CS valuable in the first place. The panel brings together perspectives from CS leaders who are living this reorg firsthand, inside orgs actively rebuilding post-sales around AI and revenue.

Here's what we'll dive into
Why renewals and expansion are being reclassified as owned, quota-carrying numbers instead of relationship outcomes
How AI is compressing post-sales headcount and reshaping what's left of the CSM role
Where the lines between sales, AM, and CS are blurring into one revenue motion
How to negotiate the tradeoff between owning a number and staying a customer advocate
What it actually takes to lead this transition on purpose, instead of inheriting it by default
Here's what you'll take away
Every registrant gets the CS-to-Revenue Scorecard, a short self-assessment to see how far your own org has already shifted toward a revenue model
Plus the Quiet Reorg Playbook, a field guide covering the org-chart shifts already underway, the comp and quota frameworks emerging for revenue-owning CS roles, and language for negotiating your seat at the table
A clearer read on where your own org sits in this shift, and what's likely coming next
Perspective from leaders who are living this at companies actively rebuilding post-sales around AI and revenue
If you're a CS, AM, or post-sales leader trying to make sense of where your function is headed, this hour is worth your calendar.
