As Customer Success and commercial roles continue to evolve, the lines between relationship management, growth conversations, adoption, and strategic partnership are becoming increasingly blurred. The strongest customer relationships are no longer owned by one person — they’re built by teams who know exactly who says what, to whom, and when.

This event explores what great CS + commercial partnership actually looks like in practice. Through a candid fireside chat and hands-on workshop, we’ll unpack how Customer Success Managers and commercial relationship owners can work together to deliver value-led communication across every level of the customer relationship — from executive vision conversations to end-user adoption moments.

The evening will be split into two parts:

Part 1: Fireside Chat – Divide & Conquer: The CS + Commercial Partnership

Part 2: Interactive Workshop – Speaking the Right Language at Every Level

A collaborative workshop where attendees will work through realistic customer scenarios and practice tailoring communication for executives, managers, and end users — while determining who should lead each conversation and why.
