Mary Ann is one of the most respected voices in fraud and identity. She has been quoted by Sky News, TechCrunch, American Banker, and USA Today. Most recently, she served as Head of Fraud Strategy at Varo Bank, where she led fraud strategy during its transition to a nationally chartered challenger bank.
Her career spans executive leadership roles at USAA, PayPal, Lloyds Banking Group, and other major financial institutions. She has served on the U.S. Federal Reserve Secure Payments Task Force and is currently a member of the Federal Reserve’s Scams Definition and Classification Work Group.
