Neil Milliken is the former VP, Global Head of Accessibility & Digital Inclusion at Atos, where he led accessibility strategy across a workforce of 100,000+. He's spent decades in Accessibility and Assistive Tech, including roles as an invited expert on the W3C Cognitive Accessibility Taskforce and as chair of the ILO Global Business & Disability Network.
These days, Neil is working with businesses to put ESG front and centre in their accessibility programmes. All the while, hearing AI described as either saving or destroying digital accessibility, depending on who you ask. So does successful AI at scale really depend on AI, or is it about the same hard work practitioners have always done?
