World Cafe x Casual Tech Meetup: Your 2026 Rewind 年度回顅

​那些尚未有機會說出口的故事、值得慶祝的小成就，以及高低起伏帶來的啟發，都會在這裡化作迎接 2027 年的種子。

​第四屆年度回顧 World Cafe，由 Casual Tech Meetup 與 World Cafe CAT 再次攜手舉辦。我們相信，好的體驗擁有帶來改變的力量，而對話的藝術能讓我們彼此連結，一同成長。

​在接近年尾，一連串節日慶祝活動開始前，我們邀請大家在12月12日， 星期六下午，帶著「一二、一二」的動力，回顧這年的得著，慶祝我們好好走過 2026 年。

如果你是第一次參加世界咖啡館（World Cafe），你會從別人2026年的故事中獲得啟發；如果你曾經參與，這場 50 人的世界咖啡館會讓你再次感受到集體智慧的力量。

​Casual Tech Meetup and World Cafe CAT reunite for the fourth annual Year in Review World Cafe, bringing people together through meaningful conversation.

​We believe that meaningful experiences have the power to spark change, and that the art of conversation can connect us and help us grow together.

​Join us on Saturday afternoon, December 12, to reflect on 2026 and celebrate the year we have shared. Whether you are new or returning, this gathering of 50 is a chance to find inspiration, connect, and experience the power of collective wisdom.

​雙語模式會如何安排？
我們在報名表會詢問你習慣使用哪種語言，並根據參加者的語言偏好，安排合適比例的粵語桌和英語桌。世界咖啡館進行期間，你可以自由選擇加入任何一桌。

How will the bilingual format work?
You will be asked during sign up which language you are comfortable speaking. We will work on a good ratio of Cantonese- and English-speaking tables based on participants’ language preferences. During the World Cafe, you are free to join whichever table you prefer.

​2024 及 2025 年，視覺紀錄師 Joyce Wong 即場將集體智慧轉化成畫作。
In 2024 and 2025, graphic recorder Joyce Wong captured collective wisdom through live illustrations.

​☕ 甚麼是「世界咖啡館」？

• ​世界咖啡館是一種輕鬆、聚焦的討論方式，透過主持人(host)因應主題而設計的三條問題，令參加者對題目有更深入的探討。

• ​第一部分：參加者會分成3-4人小組進行討論，每回合15分鐘，每回結束後都會交換組員，互相分享聽到的故事和觀點。

• ​第二部分：所有人會圍坐，主持人會引導大家分享啟發。由於參加者在整個過程中都有機會參與分享和聆聽，所以我們可以得出集體智慧。

• ​2:45 pm-4:30 pm 世界咖啡館：小組討論＋集體智慧

• ​4:30 pm-5:00 pm 慶祝＋神秘環節

• ​你仍可報名但會被列入等候名單。如果在活動前有人告知無法出席，我們會與您聯繫，以便您決定是否加入。如果沒有空位，會在日內全額退款。

​☕ What is World Cafe?

• ​World Cafe is a discussion format driven by intentionally crafted questions, designed for 12 or more people to Think Together. 🌎☕️

• ​In the process, participants are divided into small groups to discuss a question, and then join a new group to discuss the next one.

• ​There will be three rounds, each 15 to 20 minutes.

• ​After that, everyone comes together to share what they learned. We'll be able to take home the main ideas, themes, and insights that emerged from the discussions.

• ​2:00–2:45 pm Welcome and Networking

• ​2:45–4:30 pm World Café: small-group discussions and Collective Wisdom

• ​4:30–5:00 pm Celebration and a surprise activity

​💰What is the cost?

• ​Early bird: HKD 268 per person. (til Nov 15, 2026)

• ​Standard: HKD 298 per person.

​✨ What happens if the event has reached its full capacity?

• ​You will be placed on the waiting list. If a spot opens up, we will reach out to you so you can decide whether you want to join. If no spots become available, a full refund will be issued
