AI Marketing Hackathon
The unofficial warm-up to LEAP 2026.
Most marketers have never opened an IDE. On Sunday 30 August, the day before LEAP opens, we are going to fix that in one afternoon.
Bring a product you are launching, or a brand that has gone quiet. Team up on the day, then build a whole campaign with agentic AI: the positioning, the social, the creative, and the site that carries it.
✅ WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
No experience needed. A masterclass at the start gets everyone going, whatever you have used before. Come on your own if you like, because teams form on the day around the ideas people pitch. Mentors are on the floor all afternoon. Entry is free and registration is approved by the hosts.
👥 WHO IT IS FOR
Marketers and growth people, founders and operators who run their own site, agencies and freelancers who run marketing for other companies, and builders curious about what agentic AI does to this work. If you market anything online, you will get an afternoon out of it.
🕐 RUN OF SHOW
11:00 · Doors open: Thirty minutes to check in, find a seat and meet the room. We will help you install the toolkit and sign in before anything starts, so nobody loses build time to setup later.
11:30 · The brief: Fifteen minutes. What you are building, the AI tools you will be using, and exactly how the judges will score it. Everything you need to know up front, no surprises at the end.
11:45 · Pitch and team up: Twenty minutes. Anyone with an idea gets sixty seconds to pitch it, whether that is a product they are launching or a brand that has gone quiet. The room then forms teams around the pitches people want to work on. Bring an idea or join someone else's, both work.
12:05 · Zuhr break: Thirty-five minutes for prayer and lunch. A good chance to talk things through with the team you have just joined, before the work starts.
12:40 · Masterclass: Thirty minutes, everyone together on one screen. Your first time inside an IDE: opening a project, giving an AI agent an instruction that actually works, and publishing something live. If you have never done this before, this is the part that makes the rest of the day possible.
13:10 · Build: Just over two hours, and the heart of the day. Your team builds the campaign end to end: the positioning, the social, the creative, and the site that carries it. Mentors circulate throughout, and there are short clinics if you get stuck on something specific.
15:15 · Asr break: Twenty-five minutes for prayer and a breather. Use the tail end of it to decide what you are going to show, because two minutes goes quickly.
15:40 · Demos and winners: Each team presents for two minutes to the judges and the room. Judging is on the work, not the polish. Verdict and prizes by 16:00.
