About the Coaches
Coach Christine Hsieh is a strength and performance coach, former Team USA athlete, and adjunct faculty in Kinesiology at Cal State Los Angeles.
Coach Caitlin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and USA Weightlifting coach with a background in Kinesiology from Arizona State.
