​One Year of Growth: Psychedelic Society of Kansas City Anniversary Gathering

​Come grow in community with us as we celebrate the one-year anniversary of the Psychedelic Society of Kansas City. This milestone gathering is an opportunity to reflect on an incredible first year, strengthen the relationships we’ve built, and welcome new faces into our expanding community.

​We’ll be hosting a community potluck, sharing food, stories, and conversation as we reconnect with familiar friends and make new connections. This event is about togetherness, gratitude, and honoring the collective effort that has helped cultivate a thoughtful, curious, and compassionate psychedelic community in Kansas City.

​Film Screening

​We will be screening NOVA’s 2022 documentary Can Psychedelics Cure?, which explores the evolving science behind psychedelic research and therapeutic potential. Check out the trailer here.

​Featured Talk

​The evening will also include a talk by Tara Haddon, a Kansas City–based clinical researcher, who will share insights into current clinical research on psychedelic-assisted treatments for traumatic brain injuries.
