Satoshi Salon 是由 Taiwan Bitcoin Hub 發起的月度聚會，期待在台灣持續匯聚那些真正關心比特幣的人。這裡有對技術與歷史的好奇，對貨幣與自由的思考，也有面對面交流所帶來的真實連結。
第一場沙龍，我們邀請台灣比特幣研究者陳伯韋，與來自美國的資深開發者 Dan Gould，從東西方兩條不同的建設路徑出發，一同回到比特幣的起點，重新凝視它走過的來路，以及它所指向的下一個十年。
從 cypherpunk 的思想源頭，到比特幣成為一場關於貨幣、主權與技術秩序的全球實驗，這場對談想追問的，是那些穿越十餘年至今仍未過時的問題：
比特幣從何而來？它改變了什麼？今日我們如何重新理解它？未來會發生什麼？
這將是一場小型、深度、重視交流品質的比特幣聚會。我們期待你來，不只帶著興趣，也帶著問題，和現場的 builders、思考者與長期參與者一起展開對話。

陳伯韋 / Founder of 21dev.org
陳伯韋於 14 年開始投入推動 Bitcoin 社群，包括比特幣中文社團、台北比特幣線下聚會，同年底舉辦首屆臺灣比特幣產業峰會。16 年攻讀北京大學，發表十篇與比特幣相關的論文著作。18 年與 Koji Higashi 創建技術社區 Cypherpunks Taiwan，致力於推廣技術與隱私意識。25 年創立 21dev.org，推動比特幣的開發者教育。
Dan Gould / Executive Director of Payjoin Foundation
Dan Gould 是一位比特幣開發者，專注於提升個人在使用比特幣進行交易時的隱私保障能力。他推出了 Payjoin Development Kit，目標是讓正在開發比特幣錢包與交易所產品的開發者，更容易導入 Payjoin。Payjoin 是一種建立並執行比特幣交易的方式，能夠擾亂鏈上監控公司常用的 共同輸入所有權啟發式分析，也就是他們用來追蹤使用者在比特幣帳本上交易行為的一種方法。

Satoshi Salon #1 | The Past and Future of Bitcoin ft. Po-Wei Chen & Dan
Satoshi Salon is a monthly gathering initiated by Taiwan Bitcoin Hub, created for those in Taiwan who genuinely care about Bitcoin. It is a space for conversations around technology and history, money and freedom, and the kind of connection that only happens in person.
For this first edition, we are joined by Po-Wei Chen, a Bitcoin researcher from Taiwan, and Dan Gould, a veteran developer from the United States. From two long-standing building paths in East and West, they will revisit Bitcoin’s origins, the road it has traveled, and the decade ahead.
From the roots of cypherpunk thought to Bitcoin’s rise as a global experiment in money, sovereignty, and technology, this conversation returns to a few enduring questions:
Where did Bitcoin come from? What has it changed? How should we understand it today? What may come next?
This will be a small and thoughtful gathering, with an emphasis on the quality of dialogue. We welcome you to join us with curiosity, questions, and a readiness to engage with builders, thinkers, and long-term participants.

This event is completely free and open to all. To help us manage attendance and maintain the quality of the gathering, all registrations will go through a simple review process.
Once approved, you will receive an invitation by email. Please present your invitation for entry on the day of the event. If you have already received it in advance, simply show it at the door.
The event will be primarily in Mandarin Chinese.

Po-Wei Chen / Founder of 21dev.org
Po-Wei Chen began contributing to the Bitcoin community in 2014, helping build early Chinese-speaking Bitcoin communities and organizing Bitcoin meetups in Taipei. He later hosted Taiwan’s first Bitcoin industry summit, published academic work on Bitcoin at Peking University, co-founded Cypherpunks Taiwan, and in 2025 founded 21dev.org to advance Bitcoin developer education.
Dan Gould / Executive Director of Payjoin Foundation
Dan Gould is a Bitcoin developer focused on improving transaction privacy. He launched the Payjoin Development Kit to help wallet and exchange developers integrate Payjoin, a transaction method that makes blockchain surveillance more difficult.
