About Event

AI is changing the pace and structure of work. Tasks that once took days can now take hours, while other parts of the job, including judgment, decision-making, collaboration, and execution, may take just as long as they did before.

This raises a practical question for organizations: how should performance be measured when the way work gets done is changing?

This interactive session will explore how companies can connect individual and team performance more clearly to business outcomes, identify where AI is actually changing productivity, and rethink expectations as the time and effort required for different kinds of work shifts.

I’ll also share an approach I’ve been developing for mapping performance to business outcomes in AI-enabled teams. Participants will have an opportunity to test the approach against their own organizations, challenge its assumptions, and help shape what a useful performance framework should look like as AI becomes part of everyday work.
