Friday Forum, Dads@Work: The Art of Repair

​This month's topic is a little different — we're focusing the lens on the parents. Less about the kids, more about the partnership that makes everything else work.

​The topic: what actually happens after a fight. Not the blow-up — the cleanup. We'll be walking through the Gottman framework for processing conflict, including a tool called the "Do-Over" that's basically a reset button for a conversation gone wrong.
