She has led data and AI initiatives at companies like Amazon and DataStax, where she served as Chief Data Officer, and is a globally recognized expert in graph technologies.

​She's the author of Tech Confidential and The Practitioner’s Guide to Graph Data, and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee. Today, Denise works at the intersection of AI and leadership through her advisory, Data-Driven Intuition, where she helps teams navigate complexity, align around better decisions, and lead with clarity in an increasingly noisy AI world.
