About Event

📅 New Confirmed Date: December 15th

Join us for an inspiring live conversation with Megan Cales, Founder & CEO of Sensory Bridges LLC, and the creator of the Brooks Band — an assistive wearable designed to support neurodivergent individuals through real-time sensory feedback.

Megan is a neurodivergent founder, entrepreneur, and the Coordinator of Career Engagement at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s Rollins College of Business. She works closely with students to help them discover their strengths and navigate the job market with confidence. Her journey shows how persistence, creativity, and lived experience can drive meaningful solutions for the neurodivergent community.

During this event, we’ll explore:
✨ Megan’s story as a neurodivergent innovator
✨ The origin of the Brooks Band and how it supports sensory needs
✨ How resilience and creativity fuel her mission
✨ Insights on career engagement, self-advocacy, and inclusive design

This is a chance to learn from a founder building with heart, share your own experiences in the chat, and connect with a community passionate about neuroinclusive innovation.

We’ll see you LIVE on December 15th.
Come ready to listen, learn, ask questions in the chat, and be part of something meaningful.

Free and virtual.
