About Event

About This Event

Our last event of 2026, and we’re ending the year with a proper celebration with Braze. Join us for a festive evening in London!

This is the one we’ve been building towards all year. Women of Customer Success (WoCS) and Braze are teaming up for our final London event of 2026, and we’d love you to be there. Expect good conversation, good company and a few mince pies of course.

It has been quite a year to work in post-sales. AI has taken on much of the manual work that used to fill a CSM’s week, revenue ownership has crept closer to the customer relationship, and plenty of us have been rewriting our own job descriptions as we go. Most of us were too busy living it to stop and take stock.

So that’s what we’re doing. Our panel of post-sales and revenue leaders will look back on 2026: what changed in their teams, what caught them off guard, what worked and what they’d do differently. They’ll end with a quick look at what they’re taking into 2027.

What’s in it for you? An honest view of the year from the people running post-sales teams, a chance to measure your own year against theirs, and a few ideas to carry into your 2027 career and work plans! Plus a very good excuse to see your London peers before Christmas.

Agenda

  • 5:30pm: Arrival & refreshments

  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm: Panel: The Year in Review: What 2026 Taught Us in Post-Sales

  • 7:00pm - 8:00pm: Mingling & Festive Snacks!

Panelists to be announced soon.

What We’ll Dive Into

  • What actually changed in 2026: the shifts in post-sales team structure, scope and expectations that leaders saw first-hand, beyond the headlines

  • What AI took, and what it didn’t: which parts of the CSM and AM role it now handles, and where human judgement still decides the outcome

  • The 2027 skills list: what leaders are hiring and promoting for, and which skills are quietly losing value

  • Blurring role lines: how CS, account management, RevOps and revenue roles are overlapping, and what that means for your next move

  • Setting goals in a moving role: how to plan your 2027 when the job description is still being rewritten

What You’ll Take Away

  • Every registrant gets the 2027 Skills Scorecard, a short self-assessment that shows where your skills sit against what leaders say will matter next year, with suggested focus areas for your 2027 goals. It’s sent after the event, so it reflects what’s actually said in the room rather than a generic template.

  • A clearer view of how leaders define “ready for the next role” heading into 2027

  • Practical language and frameworks for planning your career in a function that keeps changing

  • New connections with women across our growing London community of Post-Sales professionals

Who This Is For

  • Customer Success Managers and Senior CSMs

  • Account Managers and Relationship Managers

  • CS, Support and Onboarding leaders

  • RevOps and post-sales operations professionals

  • Anyone in post-sales or revenue deciding what to focus on in 2027

This event is part of the Women of Customer Success community, built for women working in tech and post-sales. If that’s you, we’d love to have you in the room.
