This year, WTC Amsterdam celebrates 40 years, so we're going big with a 40-hour hackathon as part of that. 40 hours of building, creating, and pushing what's possible with AI.

Wednesday November 19th
• 9:00 — Doors open, registration, and kickoff at the Celebrate Stage
• 9:15 — Hackathon officially begins
• 17:00 — A brief update from the hackathon at the Ignite Stage
• 22:00 — Doors officially close but you may stay as long as you want, however any exits after this point are final
Thursday November 20th
• 09:15 — A brief update from the hackathon at the Ignite Stage
• 16:00 — Hackathon finale at the Transform Stage

• Do I need to be technical?
Not strictly. To enjoy it more, we recommend chatting with AI about things like: LLMs, multimodal models, RAG, chaining, structured outputs, function calling, and AI agents.
• Who’s hosting this?
The hackathon is organized by AI Builders in partnership with World Trade Center Amsterdam. It's part of 40hrs - Welcome to Change, a festival celebrating WTC's 40th anniversary with 40 hours of inspiration and innovation across finance, impact and tech. All proceeds of the event go to Sheltersuit Foundation.
• Will there be prizes?
Yes. Not saying what though. It’s part of the fun.
• Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many teams form on the day. Just bring your curiosity.
