​AI is showing up everywhere in recruiting - sourcing, screening, scheduling - but the technology is moving faster than most teams’ understanding of the guardrails. This will be a live fireside chat between a recruiter and a lawyer as they unpack what’s actually happening on the ground versus what the law requires.

​We’ll cover:

​•    Best practices for using AI in recruiting — where it genuinely helps, where it creates risk, and how to use it without letting it use you.

​•   Where AI tools can miss the mark - real examples from recruiting, the gray areas recruiters still have to navigate, and what the law actually requires.

​•    Why human judgment still matters - where recruiters need to stay involved, when AI should be questioned, and why the algorithm shouldn’t make the final call by default.

​This will be a conversation about how AI is reshaping talent acquisition.
