In the relentless pace of entrepreneurship, it’s easy for fathers to feel stretched thin, striving to grow a business while trying to be fully present at home. This evening offers something rare: a space to step out of survival mode and into connection.
It’s a chance to be real, to share the joys and pressures of fatherhood and leadership with others who get it. No pitching, no posturing, just meaningful dialogue, deep listening, and the kind of conversations that leave you lighter, clearer, and more grounded in what truly matters.

Co-hosted by Mike Brcic (founder of Wayfinders) and Cameron Herold (founder of COO Alliance & former COO of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?), this isn’t your typical networking dinner. It’s a sacred pause. A chance to drop the mask, share stories and struggles, and discuss strategies for being a better parent, partner, and entrepreneur.
We’ll begin the evening at a private wellness sanctuary in Toronto’s west end to help us leave the noise of the day behind (optional but highly recommended).
From there, we’ll make our way to a nearby hidden gem for authentic Italian food in an intimate setting. Expect a delicious multi-course dinner, meaningful conversation, and deep connection with kindred spirits and fellow entrepreneurs.
OPTIONAL SAUNA/WELLNESS EXPERIENCE: 5:40 pm, Geary Ave & Dovercourt (entry included)
DINNER: 7 pm, location to be revealed after the wellness experience (or via text if you can't make it to the sauna)
