Cultivating Excellence in Yourself, a session for coaches (Session 1)
FOR COACHES · 90 MINUTES · LIVE ONLINE
Cultivating Excellence is a two-session series for coaches. The first one builds your capacity. The second one shows you what to do with it.
You don't have to take both, but if you pay for both today, you'll get the bundle price.
SESSION 1: SEPTEMBER 30th, 7:30 - 9pm EDT
Steady the System. Expand Your Capacity. Coach with Presence.
Coaching asks everything of you and rarely asks how you are. This is where you build the capacity to carry it, with more choice, focus and ease.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO...
Catch what stress is doing to you before it shows up in your coaching?
Stay calm in the moments that usually get to you?
Say no to a parent, an athlete or one more commitment without feeling like the bad guy?
Get clear on the kind of coach you want to be and enjoy the job again?
Coaching runs on what you have left at the end of the day. This session is about having more of it, so that showing up well stops depending on how the day went.
SESSION 2: OCTOBER 26th, 12 - 1:30pm EDT
Cultivating Excellence in Your Athlete, a session for coaches. Full details and registration here: luma.com/i7utlob0
Taking both sessions? Register for both today and you'll get the bundle price, $249 + HST until September 1, $299 + HST after.
