​Beverly Dines is the author of Create The Door and Chief Operating Officer at Foxsy, where she scales mission-driven organizations through empowerment-centered leadership. With over a decade across Higher Education, Healthcare, FinTech, Nonprofit Arts, and the Creator Economy, Beverly specializes in creating opportunities where none existed.

​In 2025, she grew from zero to 500,000+ followers in four months, becoming "Chief Empowerment Officer" on social platforms. She hosts How To Give A Damn About Your Workplace, a podcast transforming corporate culture, and has spoken at NACHA's Smarter Faster Payments Conference, FDX Global Summit, and Code Your Dreams. A Women in Payments Innovation Award nominee, she's also an award-winning performer, singer, and artist. 

​Beverly holds an MSE and BSE from the University of Dayton and lives in Chicago, where she continues to create doors—and help others do the same.
