โโโโ๐ฟ What to Expect
We're a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
โโโOur Healthy Hatha practices are for all levels and run about an hour. Expect to mindfully breath and explore a sequence of traditional yoga postures.
โโโWe understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your pjs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.
โโโโ๐ฅฃ After Yoga
Stick around. We will have homemade Aryuvedic foods prepared with care by Chef Rita. Learn a bit about the traditional Indian approach to balancing the mind and body through foods that are as nourishing as they are delicious.
