Speaker Profiles:
1) Harjul Jobanputra is a Cloud Solution Technologies professional at Oracle with over 21 years of experience specializing in Oracle Database and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IaaS/PaaS technologies. He is actively involved in leading enterprise cloud, database, and multicloud transformation initiatives for customers across various industries.
Harjul specializes in architecting innovative, scalable, and resilient solutions across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), hybrid cloud, and multicloud environments. His expertise includes cloud architecture, database modernization, high availability, disaster recovery, performance optimization, and enterprise transformation strategies.
In addition to his technical leadership, Harjul is a passionate technology blogger and has authored more than 100 blogs covering a wide range of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services and solutions, helping customers and technology professionals better understand and adopt Oracle Cloud technologies.
2) Kevin Morris is a Senior Analytics and Integration Specialist covering the Canadian and US financial sectors. He has 18 years of experience working with Oracle solutions, 15 of which working directly for Oracle. He works with Oracle customers daily to improve their uptake and deployment of Oracle Technologies and develop winning AI strategies.
3) Ankit Mishra is Associate Principal and Oracle HCM Practice Leader at The Hackett Group with nearly two decades of experience leading large-scale Oracle Cloud HCM transformations across global enterprises. Known for blending deep techno-functional expertise with strategic advisory, Ankit specializes in Oracle HCM, workforce transformation, and AI-enabled HR operating models.
He has been at the forefront of applying Agentic AI within Oracle ecosystems — designing AI-powered delivery accelerators, solution design agents, and HR transformation frameworks that help organizations modernize HR operations at scale. Ankit is also a recognized thought leader in Redwood adoption, Oracle HCM innovation, and AI-augmented consulting delivery.
