Join me for a gym workout!
This is a focused deadlift and legs session lasting around 2 hours, which I usually do once a week. I’m not a personal trainer, but I have over 3 years of consistent training experience and have coached a few people back home.
We’ll be using the Hevy app (free to download) to track our exercises. I’ve already prepared the routine, so you can check it out and import it here: Workout Routine
Bring your sports clothes, lifting belt (if you use one), and a towel. Looking forward to hitting those heavy lifts together! 🏋️♂️🔥
