About Event

A practical conversation for small and medium law firms navigating adoption.

Legaltech adoption is no longer just about choosing the right tools — it is about managing change, building internal buy‑in, and rethinking how legal work is delivered in an AI‑enabled environment.

This session brings together MinLaw, PwC and Fortress Law Corporation to share real‑world experiences of embarking on a legaltech journey — what prompted change, how firms approached adoption, and what lessons they have learnt along the way.

This is a candid panel discussion to discuss:

  • Legaltech adoption is not window shopping for tools or endless tech demo. It is about leading change: people, process, culture, and how work gets redesigned with AI.

  • Practical perspectives for law practices to consider AI workflows and what change management looks like in practice.

Why you should attend:

  • A practitioner‑led, conversational session offering concrete takeaways rather than theory — particularly relevant for small and medium law practices at different stages of adoption

  • Learn about current and upcoming initiatives from MinLaw to support your legaltech journey, and how your organisation can participate.

  • Connect with peers, innovators, and practitioners passionate about advancing Singapore’s legaltech ecosystem.
