Learn to Feel Safe in Your Body: A Radical Breath & Truth-Revealing Experience
This experience is for anyone who feels exhausted from trying to fix themselves in order to finally feel okay. If you’ve done the thinking, the talking, the healing, and still feel stuck, disconnected, or on edge, this is an invitation to stop striving and start listening — from the inside out.
Through guided somatic breathwork, body awareness, and true self-honesty, you’ll be supported in stepping out of your head and into your body, where safety, clarity, and truth actually live. You’ll uncover what you’re really needing beneath stress, self-criticism, or the urge to “get it right,” and experience what it feels like to be with yourself without fixing, performing, or hiding.
In this 60-minute session, we’ll move through somatic breathwork, facilitated connection with yourself and others, intentional self-reflection, and live “hot seat” coaching. The focus isn’t on self-improvement, but on creating the conditions for your body to show you what’s already there.
What to Expect
Guided somatic breathwork to access safety and clarity in the body
Facilitated self and group connection, with live “hot seat” coaching
Space for reflection and insight that translates into real life
Please bring a journal, an open mind, and an open heart.
What You’ll Leave With
Your body feeling lighter, steadier, and safer
Clarity about what’s been keeping you stuck
Clear next steps to reconnect with yourself instead of pushing through
This isn’t about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you are when you stop running from what’s true.
If you’re ready to drop the mask, slow down, and experience something real in your body — not just understand it — don’t miss this.
