About Event

📍For expats and international entrepreneurs living in Lisbon or recently arrived, who are curious about the city’s startup and innovation scene - this special gathering is for you!

Following the success of our first edition of Expats in Tech Lunch last summer, join us for this Carnival Edition, to share an informal lunch designed for expats and international professionals working in tech and innovation in Lisbon.

This special edition celebrates Carnival while bringing together Lisbon’s international tech community for an innovation tour, meaningful connections, good food and icebreakers to spark conversations, all in a relaxed atmosphere.

We’ll start with a tour around the Beato Innovation District (12:00 - 12:45), offering a quick introduction to one of European's most dynamic innovation hubs. Then we’ll gather for a community lunch at Praça restaurant (12:45 - 14h30), where you’ll have the chance to meet with fellow expats, exchange experiences, and connect with the Unicorn Factory Lisboa team.

Whether you’re new in Lisbon, building something in tech, or simply curious about the local startup ecosystem, this is a great opportunity to connect, network, and celebrate Carnival together!
