About Event

Every time you open an AI tool, does it feel like you are briefing a new starter?

You explain the business, the customer, the project and the rules. The model performs well for one conversation. Then the next session begins from zero.

That is not a prompting problem. It is an architecture problem.

In this practical 45-minute workshop, Zac King will unpack the first layer of an AI-native business: where AI sits, how it finds the right information and how the underlying structure stays current as the business changes.

You will see the architecture behind the real Works operating stack: a simple business map, project-level context, clear operating rules and a maintenance loop that captures decisions as the work happens. No theoretical agent demo and no universal blueprint. Just the structural choices that determine whether AI becomes part of the operation or remains an occasional tool.

Bring one real project, client account or internal workstream. During the session, you will sketch the first version of an architecture that gives AI the right context without burying it in the entire business.

You will leave with a practical starting point: what belongs in the root map, what should remain scoped to a project, which rules need stronger controls and how to prevent the system from quietly going stale.

This is part one of The AI Operating Layer, a four-part series covering Architecture, Context, the Company Brain and Skills. It works as a standalone session and leads into part two, where we map the information and tools AI needs for one real workflow. This free online workshop is hosted by Mr Foxx and Zachary King for founders, CEOs and operators of Australian businesses doing $5–50M in revenue, typically with 20–200 staff.
