About your host
Zain Shaikh is part of the founding team at OpenCoreOS, an AI-native fintech reimagining core banking for large financial institutions, where he leads growth across sales, marketing, partnerships, and deployment. Before that, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey, advising PE investors and portfolio companies on value creation – M&A, go-to-market, product strategy, and operational transformation
