The Power Duo: Automation & AI
What if your business could handle the repetitive work, so you can focus on what only you can do?
Automation and AI are a powerful duo for small businesses. Automation takes care of the repeating steps, and AI brings the thinking: drafting, sorting, summarising. Together they can give you hours back every week.
In this hands-on workshop, Julia O’Sullivan, automation & AI specialist at the Mamapreneur Collective Agency, shows you how to combine the two. Then you build your first workflow, live.
You’ll:
Spot the tasks in your business that are ready to automate
See real workflows for marketing, admin and client communication
Build your first automation with AI, step by step
Leave with a plan for your next 3 automations
For you if you run a small business, feel stretched for time, and are curious about AI but unsure where to start. No technical experience needed.
Bring your laptop, plus logins for the tools you use most (email, calendar, forms).
