Train Local, Hire Local - Employer Partnership Luncheon

​Join the City of Miami’s Department of Economic Innovation & Development for a luncheon bringing together employers, educational institutions, workforce leaders, and community partners focused on strengthening Miami’s talent pipeline.

​As part of the City’s Train Local, Hire Local initiative, this convening will support both the current and future workforce needs of Miami employers while creating career pathways for recipients of the Venture Miami Scholarship Fund — a City of Miami initiative that provides tuition support for residents pursuing STEM and high-demand occupational programs.

​Educational and workforce training partners will engage directly with employers to better understand hiring needs, anticipated workforce gaps, and emerging industry demands to help align curriculum, certifications, and training programs with real-world opportunities.
